“After a very long travel day and night it was nice to walk out of the airport to see the sign with my name on it! Our driver quickly realized we had more luggage than his car could accommodate and called to switch cars and that was accomplished before we got out to the parking lot. My husband has a collapsible scooter and with our 2 checked suitcases and 2 carryons we needed a van. Smooth ride to our hotel! It was so nice not to fight with the car rental lines or the bus ticket lines after traveling for 16 hours.”

“Iceland Premium Tours hat es zwar möglich gemacht, uns doch kurzfristig einen Jeep mit Fahrer zur Verfügung zu stellen, obwohl die geplante Tour eigentlich ausgebucht war. Jedoch war dieser Fahrer auch wirklich nur ein Aushilfsfahrer, von professionellem Tourguide weit entfernt. Wir hatten den Eindruck, dass er keine guten Ortskenntnisse hatte. Dazu kam dass die Verständigung schwierig war, da sein Englisch schlecht war. Infos zur Gegend etc. gab's so gut wie keine. Außerdem hatten wir in Landmannalaugar zu wenig Zeit. Alles in allem leider enttäuschend für den gezahlten Preis.”
