“Overall the service was good. I did have one concern. I was to meet the provider at a bus stop near my hotel at 2:30 and asked to arrive a few minutes early. I was not told what type of vehicle to be watching for and when a Gray line bus drove by at 2:40 without stopping I became concerned. I called and was given a description of the bus to watch for. I was happy when a driver stopped and asked for me but his late arrival was stressful.”
