Fly over Reykjavík and Iceland’s active volcanic zone on a small-group helicopter tour, with pilot geology talk and potential lava-field landing.
“Wow! If you can afford this, this is the best thing you can do in Reykjavík. We flew over a very active fissure. What a thrill to be in a helicopter. The pilot was very friendly and helpful and had a lot of things interesting facts to say about Reykjavík. The helicopter was super clean and felt like it was new and I felt completely safe and I had the thrill of a Lifetime. The only thing I could say negative was they were running a half an hour late and of course you’re not up there by yourselves you’re with other couples and unfortunately the other couple we were…”

Private helicopter over Reykjanes volcanoes and Reykjavík with lava fields, steaming craters, coastal cliffs, and bird-filled cliffs. Up to 4.
“We had a great experience with our helicopter tour! Julian was awesome and an excellent pilot. He flew us all around and pointed out all the past eruption sites along with various points of interest in the area. Just be aware if you have a taxi driver drop you off that they use the google map link in the confirmation because it can be a bit confusing.”
ATV speed and muddy Iceland trails, then a Reykjavik summit helicopter ride with a 20-minute mountain landing. Gear and pickup included.
“Great tour combo, we were picked up near the hotel and supplied with all the gear needed for keeping warm and dry on the quads. Our guide Damos was great and we were on some off road trails and got a nice view of the city. Then they brought us to the helicopter base. Awesome one hour flight in a nice helicopter with very good pilot. Flew over the Blue Lagoon, Reykjavík, the recent volcano and lava fields and landed on an old lava field. Great experience!”
