Considering the weather was the sole factor for having to cancel the excursion, and the ship could most definitely not make port due to the winds and rain (and high waves), it’s extremely unlikely the excursion would have continued either way. I understand that this policy provides the service with payment, but for the cost of the excursion lost, this is absurd.”
